This week on Black on Black Cinema, the crew discusses the 1978 musical film, The Wiz. Based on the broadway play of the same name, this adaptation stars Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Nipsey Russell, and Ted Ross. The four play Dorothy, The Scarecrow, The Tin Man, and The Lion respectively. The story follows the basic structure of the original 1939 movie with a few exceptions.
