The story follows a neighborhood hero as he takes on corporate corruption and a variety of unique bad guys. Just plain silly as can be but very entertaining.

This week on Black on Black Cinema the crew discuss the 2007 crime/biopic film, American Gangster, starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe. The film tells the story of infamous drug lord, Frank Lucas, and his rise to power in Harlem, New York. Meanwhile an up and coming cop, Ritchie Roberts works to build a case to take down Lucas in the middle of dealing with corrupt cops, politicians, junkies, and everything in between.
